Christopher Taylor, M.Sc. P. Geo, President & CEO

Mr. Taylor, an economic geologist and explorationist, has extensive experience with porphyry copper gold, epithermal gold, VMS and rare earth element exploration projects.  He has been professionally active with both mid-tier producing and junior mining companies.  A professional geologist registered in the Province of British Columbia, Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Earth Science and a Master of Science degree in Structural Geology from Carleton University.

Tony M. Ricci, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ricci is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of practice experience with public companies listed in Canada and the United States. Mr. Ricci is the current Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President of Keegan Resources Inc. He was a former director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. and CFO of both Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $2 billion. Mr. Ricci was formerly with KPMG and AMEC Engineering Inc.

Paul Matysek, M. Sc., P. Geo, Advisor

Mr. Matysek is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash One Inc. and has over 35 years of exploration and development experience. He was a founder and CEO of Energy Metals Corporation, which he helped grow from a market capitalization of $10 million to acquisition by a larger uranium producer for $1.8 billion. Since 1999, he has been involved in obtaining over $200 million of exploration and development financing. Mr. Matysek has served in an Executive or Director capacity for several exploration and development companies.

Gilles Arseneau, Ph.D., P. Geo, Advisor

Dr. Gilles Arseneau has over twenty five years experience in exploration project management and has extensive knowledge of geostatisticalmineral resource estimations and reserve audits. He has worked for major and junior mining companies as well as with consulting engineering groups in North and South America, China and Europe.
